EXPENSES INCLUDED
The six-day program, Welcome Kit, Didactic material, Access to the Fashion Week Experience, Workshops, Conferences, advice and personalized visits for your projects, Transportation between all scheduled activities, Gala dinner, and Awards ceremony.

EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED: Air transportation, Lodging, and meals, Traveler's insurance, Other expenses not mentioned for the trip.

CANCELLATIONS Atelier Fashion Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel the dates of the program due to force majeure, with the obligation to refund the amount paid by the participant.
Under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the participants have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from their payment date to communicate their reason to cancel their participation in the Atelier Fashion Experience program, this must be done via mail to [email protected],

Within this period of 7 (seven) calendar days, the refund of the amount will be made immediately after receiving the notification of withdrawal, the charges that may be generated by the refund, whether they are bank commissions or currency exchanges, are the responsibility of the participant and will be absorbed by it.

If the cancellation notification is received less than 15 days before the start of the program, the payments made will not be refunded but will be transferred in a voucher (credit), usable for the same program, valid for 1 year from its issue date.

USE OF IMAGE: Atelier Fashion Experience may take photographs and videos of the participants during the program, to use them in presentations and promotion of our services.
